Try:
rpm -e --nodeps sun-jaf sun-mail
and then run again update
Please also check if your jpackage repositories refer only to jpackage5
(i.e. without jpackage1.7) as explained in:
https://twiki.cern.ch/twiki/bin/view/LCG/GenericInstallGuide310#jpackage_and_the_JAVA_repository
