Hi, My purpose is to build an averaged diffusion tensors template in the MNI space. I saw that TBSS can perform transform, from native to MNI space, of FA images, as well as MD, L1, etc.. The question is: is there a way to perform this kind of transform also to eigenvectors images as well?
