Hi,

Not sure what you mean by intensity normalisation - do you mean adjust  
the global intensity range, or do you mean bias field correction? If  
you mean the latter, then that is done as part of running FAST  
segmentation, which requires BET to have been run, but not spatial  
normalisation.
