Hello, I tried to import a small molecule as PDB to analysis2 via the format converter. I went trough the import process and in the end it says "succesfully imported", but in small compound under molecule setup it doesn't exist. So, how can I import a small molecule so that I can use it via the molecule setup menu? best regards Marco
