Hello,

That's a feature, not a bug (as they say).  (Well, there could be a bug as
well, but I hope not.)

As a bit of an explanation (which should probably go into an FAQ
question), marks get drawn for all axes which match the axisType (so
anything with the same isotope type).  But horizontal and vertical rulers
instead use what we call the panelType, which is a refinement of the
axisType.  So we have panelTypes of type H1, H2, etc.  You can set the
panel type in the Windows --> Edit Windows dialog.  Select the relevant
window and in the bottom table the third column specifies the panel type.
Double click on the cell to change it.  You might want to look through all
the windows first to see what is what.  But if you want the horizontal and
vertical rulers to behave like the marks then just make all the Hi panel
types to be H1 (for example).
