Dear Colleagues,
Do any of you have bequests that contain large numbers of photocopied articles and/or chapters of books that may or may not have been given to the original recipient by the author, but now that the recipient is dead and their library has come to an institution, may pose questions about copyright? If so, how have you dealt with them? Have you withdrawn and disposed of them, regardless of the donor's wishes?
