Following the successful disposal of The Times microfilms, The Caird Library, National Maritime Museum, Greenwich, now wishes to donate two grey 'Art Metal' metal filing cabinets which are in excellent condition and formerly used to store microfilm, to a UK institution or repository. The cabinets measure 132.4 cm high by 48.3 cm wide by 60.3 cm deep. They have 9 drawers each, internal drawer measurements are: 11.5 cm high x 41 cm wide x 57.8 cm deep. There are internal drawer dividers to accommodate each microfilm set at 10 cm intervals. The cabinets are available on a first come, first served basis, and the recipient must collect no later than 24 February 2009.
