If anyone has implemented a biuret-based urine protein assay on the Roche Integra, would you mind sharing your procedure and instrument parameters? We are looking at some biases between two routine urine protein methods and want the biuret method as a reference method. We're actually doing the biuret method manually, but it would be more convenient to automate it (without reinventing the wheel).
