Oes rywun yn gwybod beth yw ‘yield’ neu
‘yields’ yn Gymraeg sef ‘yield’ mewn rhyw fath o
gyd-destun ariannol e.e.
‘The yields quoted are “all risk yields” calculated
by dividing annual rent. As though it had been received as a single lump sum at
the end of the year, by the capital value or sale price of the property.’
