Hi Michel, Thanks. However, it looks that I did not explain well what I would need. Actually I try to extract VOI from the first level analysis of each person. It is a study with 2 conditions, 'active'/ 'rest' and the plan is to get the VOI based on one contrast of interest and use in a PPI or DCM. The problem is to make this automatically, not subject by subject. In previous message there is a script for spm2, but it did not work for me when I tried to adapt for spm5. https://www.jiscmail.ac.uk/cgi-bin/webadmin?A2=ind06&L=SPM&P=R589330 Thanks again for help, Rachel --- On Fri, 1/16/09, michel grothe <[log in to unmask]> wrote: From: michel grothe <[log in to unmask]> Subject: RE: [SPM] batch, VOI extraction, spm5 To: [log in to unmask] Date: Friday, January 16, 2009, 8:15 PM
Hi Rachel, I had the same problem with the eigenvariates of all subjects at a specified cluster. Thats what I´ve found in the mailing-List archives: https://www.jiscmail.ac.uk/cgi-bin/webadmin?A2=ind04&L=SPM&D=0&H=0&O=T&T=0&P=1810901 Is xY.u what you are looking for? Best, Michel

I would need to extract the first eigenvariate (VOI) for more subjects in SPM5. Is it a way to automatize this procedure? Does anybody have a batchscript of this and would be willing to share it?
Any suggestion/ help will be highly appreciated,
Thanks,
Rachel |
