In SPM2, if we choose AR(1), SPM will run estimation twice. At the first time, SPM will estimate a weighting matrix W (saved into SPM.xX.W). At the second time, SPM will use this matrix to weight fMRI data and design matrix. But after the weighting operation, the data are severely distorted?
