Dear spm users, i'm wondering why images (wrbold.nii) become blank after the normalization step usign SPM5. Below is the step that I wnet through and let me know where I did something wrong. I've been doing normalziation with analyze format so far, but it is the first time doing it with nifti format. I doubt there is any difference depending on format, but any help would be appreciated. source image : mean image image to write : realigned image (rbold*.img) estimate : choosing EPI.nii instead of T1. nii in the template folder. writing options: the voxel sizes was kept as original (3 X3 X 4) Thanks,
