We use the Cardinus here, it's an on line self risk assessment which flags up any issues one may have. We then follow up on these by visiting their work stations of the person concerned. We initially did the whole plant when we first used it. However, the H&S manager now only sends one out to employees when they change roles or any new starter. We have 3 administrators, him, 1 other and myself. Once you've got used it, it is fairly easy.
