Hi Jo Although not research info, there is some useful stuff in Faculty of Occupational Medicine publication- 'Guidance on ethics for occupational physicians' that are relevant to best practice. I also think there was some research published on the Occupational Health (At Work) journal probably in the past 12-18 months. Also see stuff by Stuart Whittaker.
