In response to those who have contacted off list. 

 

Maybe my response was not clear as I thought!

 

I have posted in the past and had no/limited response in relation to what others do who deal with teaching staff and those working with vulnerable childrens and adults.

 

Following a great deal of research (expertly carried out and presented/justified by Michael!) we have reviewed our paperwork and practice.

 

The short (5 question) health questionairre we use is for qualified teaching staff who are being employed as lecturers (and all other non teaching staff- except where H/S is required) We have in depth health questionairres for those who are students who are on courses which have will have placements with children and/or vulnerable adults and those who have not been lecturers before.
