Dear all, Please forward the following on to any interested colleagues or students: Insight Film Festival 2009 The Insight Film Festival aims to encourage young filmmakers to explore the concept of faith and community cohesion. Submitted films can be in any genre, not longer than 30 minutes and will be judged by a panel of professionals with the best film winning a prize of £1000. This year's panel includes: Aaqil Ahmed, Commissioning Editor, Religion and Multicultural for Channel 4 Rajinder Dudrah, Head of Drama and Senior Lecturer in Screen Studies at the University of Manchester Tina Gharavi, filmmaker and screenwriter Liz Rymer, producer and screenwriter Full details about the festival, including submission guidelines and entry forms can be found at the Insight Film Festival website: http://www.insightfestival.co.uk The festival takes place in Manchester on Wednesday 18 November 2009.
