Content will cover both theory and practice and will include best available evidence, tools and techniques, measurement, and policy on all aspects of innovation and improvement. The King's Fund Information and Library Service<http://www.kingsfund.org.uk/information_and_library_service/> (http://www.kingsfund.org.uk/information_and_library_service/index.html) has been contracted by the National Library for Health<http://www.library.nhs.uk/> (which will be merged into NHS Evidence, part of NICE in April 2009) to set up and manage the I&ISL. The survey<https://www.surveymonkey.com/s.aspx?sm=XrqpoiDDJIaPJtHh_2fZnORQ_3d_3d> consists of eleven optional questions and should take no longer than ten minutes to complete.
