 Hi All,
We have a user who needs to list more that 1023 files in via the lcg-ls
command as described below.
There appears to be a limit of 1023 files and we need to see the next
1000 , and the next ....

Are there known work arounds for this?

Thanks Pete

Hi,
ok here is the path

lcg-ls
srm://srm-ilc.gridpp.rl.ac.uk/castor/ads.rl.ac.uk/prod/ilc/tape/sidLOI/I
LC500/LOI_SM_Sample/sid02/slcio/leptonID_MarlinReco

and if I do

lcg-ls
srm://srm-ilc.gridpp.rl.ac.uk/castor/ads.rl.ac.uk/prod/ilc/tape/sidLOI/I
LC500/LOI_SM_Sample/sid02/slcio/leptonID_MarlinReco | wc

1023 1023 197439

which is different from what people get at ral with

nsls
/castor/ads.rl.ac.uk/prod/ilc/tape/sidLOI/ILC500/LOI_SM_Sample/sid02/slc
io/leptonID_MarlinReco | wc
1609 1609 157682

How can I see the same files is the basic question.

Erik
