Hi all, I've got some VBM results that were generated using FSL 4.0 and have not been recreated using the the most recent FSL release. I've been looking for the exact description of the method used in 4.0 but cannot find it on the website. Would anyone have it to hand? Also, what do the GM_mod_merg files contain? Is it best interpreted as concentration of grey matter within each voxel? Or something else? Thanks, -- Dr Colm G.
