In fslview, if you display the mask, you can unlock it and add to it manually. See instructions here: http://www.fmrib.ox.ac.uk/fsl/fslview/masking.html Else, if you have existing masks and wish to add them together, you can use fslmaths fslmaths mask1 -add mask2 -add mask3 -bin mask4 (here I add masks 1,2, 3 together to make mask4. I binarize mask4 just in case any of the existing masks overlapped (I want all regions inside mask4 to = 1) I hope that is helpful. -Dianne 2009/1/27 WangPing <[log in to unmask]> > dear list, > > Sorry, a question might be not related to fsl, but I believe many people > here should use mricro, I am wondering how to add some regions to an > existing mask? > > The mask image is a byte, binary image, I want to add more regions on the > mask, does mricro can do that, or recommend some tool? > > Best, > Ping > > > ------------------------------ > 使用新一代 Windows Live Messenger 轻松交流和共享! 立刻下载!<http://im.live.cn/messenger.aspx> > -- Dianne Patterson, Ph.D. [log in to unmask] University of Arizona SLHS 328 621-5105
