Hi FSL, I have been having some problems with sienax. The script ran without errors; however, the images created in the report are not oriented in the correct way. The same images were previously used in FSL-VBM without problems; they can be viewed in fslview and MRIcro, with these tools the orientation seems to be correct. The dimension of each image is 512x512x180. In the calculus, the bet process seems to work. The problem is in the step involving the FLIRT standard space registration.
