Hi, There are some options in the tractography, single volex, single mask and multiple masks. If we choose single mask, that means the tract is from the single volex to the waypoint mask and passes it. We could have one value of waytotal which will be used to threshold. Another choice is to do the multiple masks. We could have two value of waytotal, so we wonder which one should be used for the normalization. Moreover, will the volume of the tract be doubled if we choose multiple masks? Thanks in advance!
