Hello. Way back when in an older
version of FSL, I had been using “Two masks –symmetric” in
probtrack to identify pathways common to the two masks (ie. only want paths
that go through both masks). Now that I’m using probtrackx, I just
want to make sure that I’m picking the right options. Do I just
want to pick “multiple masks,” enter the masks 1 and 2 or do I need
to run “single mask,” enter mask 1, and then enter mask 2 under
waypoints masks? Or is there something else I should be doing? Thanks!
