Our work is focussed specifically on implementing evidence to benefit patients with long-term conditions. Over five years the CLAHRC team will work with the NHS across South Yorkshire to support staff and patients to enable change. We are seeking to appoint two enthusiastic individuals as Knowledge Translation Project Leads who will work with healthcare staff from a variety of levels and range of professions, as well as the universities, to develop and improve services for patients in a complex and challenging environment. Working with a dedicated implementation team and academic partners at the universities, the appointees will be responsible for leading specific knowledge translation projects.
