Jim, it would be easiest if someone with the French version of OJ could
dig this out for you.  If not, it should, I think, be in the special
edition of the OJ issued when the UK joined - as long as it was still in
force at that time - but in English. Let me know if you don't get any
other offers, and I'll do some digging
