For those of you who may not know.  My only comments is although I
welcome this as a step in the right direction in terms of raising the
profile of handling this type of information,

 How strong is the signal??  

Will it be directly linked to enforcement if an organisation is found to
have "broken its promise"?

 

I know its not Friday!
