OUT-LAW News, 16/01/2009

A Government plan to allow more extensive sharing of personal data is not
restricted to the public sector and could result in Government-collected
information being shared with private companies, a privacy expert has said.

Can I add to RJ's commentar that as far as I can see there is to
"information sharing" by Ministerial order protected by a Code of Practice
that relates to "personal data". This could be very "interesting".

I am doing a session on this at the Update meeting at PM on 26th Jan
