All equality, diversity and human rights practitioners are invited to attend. Other professionals with direct responsibility for delivering equality and diversity outcomes are also invited. The Institute was established in May 2008 in response to demands from professionals working in the equality and diversity sector. It already offers benefits to members and plans to offer many more.
