Dear
All,
Does anyone have any
examples in the HE sector or other sector, of where an Equality Impact
Assessment has either revealed discrimination (likely to be unintentional ) or
been used to challenge and reverse a policy decision? I am looking
for examples (to be used anaoymously)to put into a document
alerting policy holders to the importance of EIAs. If you want to reply off list
my email address is:
Hope you can
help.
Thanks,
Berry
