I hope you are all well.

We currently have a number of family-friendly policies for staff such as electronic childcare vouchers based on a salary sacrifice scheme, flexible working, home working, maternity, paternity, adoption, leave and pay policies and a nursery and playgroup for students which currently sits under the student support side of things.  We may look to review our provision especially in respect of nursery provision for students and I was wondering if colleagues had been involved in such a review and were willing to share their experiences?
