Does anyone know where we can get ASCA (anti-saccharomyces cerevisiae antibodies) measured?  We’ve just had a request from one of our gastroenterologists but of course with no clinical details.  The request was just for ASCA but I’ve managed to work out what that is and that it may be useful in diagnosis of Crohn’s.

I have looked on Assay Finder but to no avail.

Any help gratefully received.

Thanks

Steve
