I echo this as I find this support, debates, sharing, really useful. Geeta

For myself, I hope very much that this list is not a sinking ship. The
discussions, debates, access to resources, research and new ideas, as well
as the kindness and solidarity of many list members - these things are a
constant source of pleasure and inspiration to me - and I know, to many
colleagues. In these bleak times, we need each other.

Much respect and appreciation!

Thanks Jo - this will save me some time doing the deletion 'manually' for
each request - but I have noted a flood of exits since this advice and hope
that you are not all leaving a sinking ship - if there are reasons why you
might wish to leave, we do appreciate a note before you say good bye, to
help us improve the service. if, of course, your job has changed, that may
be a fair reason! But if it is because we are processing too much
information, or the topics seem to you to be too far removed from the NHS
main tasks (etc), let me know and we can see what we can do.

Note also that you can alter the options, to get a weekly digest, etc as
well.

Morning all

Several have asked for unsubscribing information and I'm not sure if an
explanatory email

has already been sent but I thought I'd offer this as one suggestion for
removing oneself

from the list.

Visit this page:

https://www.jiscmail.ac.uk/cgi-bin/webadmin?SUBED1=MINORITY-ETHNIC-HEALTH
<https://www.jiscmail.ac.uk/cgi-bin/webadmin?SUBED1=MINORITY-ETHNIC-HEALTH&A
=1> &A=1

Add your name and the email address you're using to subscribe to Minority
Ethnic Health

and then click on the 'leave' button at the bottom. You will be sent a
confirming email with

instructions which should then complete the process.

However, note also the 'miscellaneous' setting which allows you to set up a
temporary

break from receiving messages without unsubscribing completely, and may be
useful for

some (eg if on holiday).

Best wishes, and hope this works :)

Jo
