Hello Based on the example provided for running randomise on the TBSS webpage, I tried to run: randomise -i all_FA_skeletonised -o tbss -m mean_FA_skeleton_mask -d design.mat -t design.con -n 500 --T2 -V However, I got the following error message --T2: Option doesn't exist! try: randomise --help randomise --help does not list --T2 as a valid argument but it does list --tfce_H <H> TFCE height parameter (default=2) So should I replace T2 with --tfce_H? Would greatly appreciate any clarification on this Thank you Cibu Thomas
