Hi Vanessa, The employee is entitled to his/her records but the company may choose to enforce the admin fee (usually around £10) payable BEFORE the records are released. Most employees don't take this any further once they realise they have to put their hands in their pockets to pay the charge. You are absolutely correct in advising that there are no medical problems. I find that these cases are usually a lot of hot air and often disappear as quickly as they arrive. Hope this helps.
