I'm trying to find out the following and have had a good search but to no great conclusive end. Please could you advise me on any protocols in your area for the use of aspirin and heparin (clexane) in pregnancy for women with antiphospholipid syndrome (aka Hughes Syndrome)? Specifically, to determine when the heparin injections should be started. Timings seem to vary tremendously in anything I have so far found.
