The addition of Leicester, which was named University of the Year 2008-9 by the Times Higher Education, consolidates the information SUNCAT provides on the holdings of top UK research institutions. SUNCAT now contains 68 contributing libraries, plus the CONSER database, the Directory of Open Access Journals and the ISSN Register.
