The LIHNN Inter-Landing and Document Supply group has
published the latest Protocol
for Inter-Lending & Document Supply for the
The document should be cascaded to all staff working in ILDS
and incorporates procedures for using the North West OPAC (NWOPAC) for sourcing
items for Inter-Library loans.

There is also a NW ILL trends document which covers activity
from 2003/04 to 2007/08. From this you will see that the number of copies provided
by the LIHNN network has dropped from 36809 in 2003/04 to 16464 in 2007/08, and
the number of documents supplied by the BL has dropped from 13741 in 2003/04 to
6687 in 2007/08.
