1. Managing chronic conditions: Experience in eight countries
This new book examines the health system response to the rising burden of chronic disease in eight countries (Denmark, England, France, Germany, the Netherlands, Sweden, Australia and Canada). It provides a detailed assessment of the current situation, a description of the policy framework and future scenarios, as well as evaluation and lessons learned.

2. Economic consequences of noncommunicable diseases and injuries in the Russian Federation
This study which examines the effect of adult ill-health on the Russian economy and the economic benefits that could result from a reduction in this burden is now available in Russian.
 
3. New Eurohealth - Medical devices
The latest issue of Eurohealth focuses on the financing and procurement of medical devices with specific examples for England, Italy and Germany. Other articles in this issue include: Cancer control in Europe; Pharmaceutical distribution; e-Health in Canada; Assessment for reimbursement from an EU-level collaboration; Social health insurance in Moldova; and more.
 
4. New Euro Observer - Medical Savings Accounts
This issue focuses on the international experience with Medical Savings Accounts, discussing the evidence on their efficacy both as health system financing sources and their ability to meet the needs of populations in different health system contexts. Case studies include: China, Singapore, South Africa and the United States.
 
5. Health Systems in Transition profiles (HiTs) summaries for Norway and Bulgaria now available in Russian
