I am putting together an evaluation process for a series of INSET programmes across the country that is happening late next year. I would be really grateful if people could send me (off-list obvoiously) examples of evaluation forms that they have created for INSET sessions. If anybody is interested then I will put everything together and pass it on. Just let me know.
