Also take a look at the command line options. You can specify a lut for each image on the command line with the -l flag. ------Original Message------ From: Matt Glasser Sender: FSL - FMRIB's Software Library To: [log in to unmask] ReplyTo: FSL - FMRIB's Software Library Sent: 20 Dec 2008 22:52 Subject: Re: [FSL] FSLVIEW checks name (?) I don't know that you can avoid the check, however you can change the aux_file = '' flag to any one of the default FSLView lookup tables (e.g. 'Red-Yellow'). Hi, I just figured out that Fslview checks the name of a file. When the name contains 'stat' the lookup-table is changed from grayscale to red-yellow. 1. Is there a way to avoid this check (instead of renaming files like 'restingstate.nii.gz to something else)? 2. Is it possible to specify another the lookup table by setting a certain flag? (e.g. dime.unused1, dime.funused1, dime.funused2) as determined with dbedit (http://imaging.mrc-cbu.cam.ac.uk/imaging/DBedit).
