You may also want to modulate by FA to get a color FA map. Also attached are the B-vector and B-value files. The steps I followed are: 1. Eddy correct correction 2. Created brain mask 3. Used eddy corrected Diffusion data + brain mask + b-vectors + b values as input The FA output looked normal, only the eigen vector outputs appear to be corrupted.
