You need to go into FSLView's Overlay Information Dialog (letter I at the
bottom of the screen) and under DTI display options select view as lines or
colors. You may also want to modulate by FA to get a color FA map.

Peace,

Matt.

Subject: [FSL] DTIFIT reconstruction

Hello

DTI-FIT produced some unusual V1, V2 and V3 output files (please see
attachment for a sample V1). Also attached are the B-vector and B-value
files.

The steps I followed are:

1. Eddy correct correction

2. Created brain mask

3. Used eddy corrected Diffusion data + brain mask + b-vectors + b values as
input

The FA output looked normal, only the eigen vector outputs appear to be
corrupted.

I would greatly appreciate any help in resolving this.

Thank you

Cibu Thomas
