Hi Kate and the User group,
Currently I am investigating ,as part of a programme of study,
tutor support via an IMS (Wimba Pronto). As we run a course with limited hours
of face to face contact I would be interested to know what medium people are
using to provide support?

Please can anyone who is currently offering an
out of hours helpdesk service to their students/customers let me know:
- What is being offered?
- During what hours?
- By whom (internal/external provider)?
We are currently looking into this and would
be particularly interested to hear from those using an external provider either
in an exclusive arrangement or in partnership with other similar organisations.
