We staff one fellow for nighttime support from Noon to 8PM and Saturdays 12-8.  This is internal help. We limit the hours so students are not staying up late (we're k-12)

Please can anyone who is currently offering an out of hours helpdesk service to their students/customers let me know:

 

- What is being offered?

- During what hours?

- By whom (internal/external provider)?

 

We are currently looking into this and would be particularly interested to hear from those using an external provider either in an exclusive arrangement or in partnership with other similar organisations.
