Cobas 501 and Integra 400 calibrated to the new standard (Tbilirubin) do not measure Total and Direct Bilirubin on equimolar basis. Our set-points were dropped by 11% and 13% on Cobas 501 and Integra 400 respectively. The difference beween the TBilirubin and DBilirubin narrowed and at raised Tbilirubin concentrations, the measured DBilirubin was greater than TBilirubin. Has anyone experienced this with the re-standardization of the Roche TBilirubin? May you please share your experience with me?

I will welcome any positive contribution.
