Subject: CE marking of Fluid assays

Following the discussion on bone marrow analysis and CE marking, I was wondering how many manufacturers assays for Total protein, albumin, cholesterol and LDH are CE marked for Fluids such as pleural, ascitic etc, as most laboratories routinely use the same serum/plasma methods for fluids. I am aware that Olympus reagents are not and would be interested to know if any other manufacturer CE marks their reagents for fluids  or if anyone one has validated these methods in- house for fluids and by what means.
