Hi all, I've just the DSS fetcher (Data-servers->Image
servers->DSS-II@ESO) within GAIA (very useful feature) to fetch an image
of NGC55 which should be a bright southern spiral galaxy. I entered
NGC55 in the Object name box and width/height were set to 30' and the
returned image is a set of random northern hemisphere stars. The
returned co-ordinates were alpha=00:15:08.400, delta=+39:13:13.00...
Simbad says:
 FK5 coord. (ep=2000 eq=2000) : 00 15 08.4 -39 13 13

This is with the SVN version of gaia (although it seems to have to have
the same version number (4.2.1) as the humu one) on FC8 x86_64 - Humu
GAIA shows the same behaviour.

Cheers,
	TimL
