If you use 32bit linux-box, try the following. (Suppose your spm2 path is /usr/local/spm2) 1. Run a console 2. Change directory to SPM2 $cd /usr/local/spm2 3. using su or sudo or anything, become a superuser 4. just type make from console. #make that's it. If you use 64bit linux-box, see the following link. http://www.jiscmail.ac.uk/cgi-bin/wa.exe?A2=ind06&L=SPM&P=R559391 I hope it helps, Kiyotaka 2008/11/25 kamran kazemi <[log in to unmask]>: > Dear SPMers > I want to run SPM2 with MATLAB 7.5 (or even with 7.4) but evry time I got > the following massage: > > Error using ==> spm_list_files at 15 > spm_list_files.c not compiled - see spm_MAKE.sh > > Error in ==> spm at 1140 > [null,tmp] = spm_list_files(Tdir,'-'); > > Error in ==> spm at 768 > xTB = spm('TBs'); > > Error in ==> spm at 450 > Fmenu = spm('CreateMenuWin','off'); fprintf('.') > ???
