Please remember to proof your work in the pdf. (Corrections made in the web pages do not automatically carry over to the pdf, as neither Alison nor I can make changes therein. Only Peter can correct the pdf.) You are welcome to send me your corrections for forwarding to Peter, or simply send them to him directly. But please do this soon as untold numbers of readers are currently downloading what are essentially uncorrected proofs.
