Hello everyone, Many thanks for your replies. 

The only concern I now have is that the business is not going to consider 

purchasing software/systems to manage these files. They would merely be scanned

in and then viewed as part of my profile on the system ( the company only employs me one

day per week) Does anyone currently work in this way? Or is a specialised system really necessary?
