You will have a clear understanding of current on-line magazines, their content, readership and place in the sector. The successful applicant will have experience writing for websites as well as in content management. A background in print journalism is an advantage, as is knowledge of contemporary production techniques. You will have a first degree or the equivalent in industry experience and preferably one year's teaching experience at higher education level. You will be able to communicate effectively and work well within a team, contributing to new development across the journalism degrees within the Media Writing Programme Group.
